House Bill 215: Conditions Driver's Licenses on School Attendance or Completion

Summary:

This bill would prohibit anyone under 18 years old from obtaining or keeping a driver’s license unless the person is in school or has a high school diploma or GED. This bill is simply a back-door approach to raising the current compulsory attendance age from 16 to 18.
