House Bill 213: Creates "ABC Program" for Pre-kindergarten Instruction

This bill would create the "ABC Program" whereby pre-kindergarten instruction is made available throughout the state via the internet. The Mississippi State Department of Education would be required to assess the progress of children in the program. Although this appears to be a voluntary program, the next step could be to make it mandatory.
