House Bill 1155: Creates Tax Credit for Homeschool Expenses

This bill would create the “Low-Income Student Scholarship and Family tax Credit Act.” Included in the provisions is a tax credit which may be utilized by homeschooling families to receive a state income tax credit for educational expenses. This bill should be supported.
