House Bill 1006: Home Instruction Tax Credit

This bill would create an individual income tax credit of up to $1,000 beginning January 1, 2012, for amounts paid by a parent or legal guardian for his child for home instruction-related materials and correspondence courses or distance learning programs used in the home instruction.
