March Is National Nutrition Month

MaryAnn Gaver

We all want more energy and vitality, but how do we achieve it? How do we sort through all the nutrition information out there?  Buy organic, or not buy organic?  How do we ensure that our kids are taking in enough fruits and vegetables?

I'd like to invite you to join me on Thursday evening March 21st at 8:00 p.m. for a very special nutrition talk with a good friend of mine, Belinda Roettger, Ph.D.  Dr. Roettger earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Food Engineering and her doctorate in Biological Engineering from Purdue University.  Her early career was in the food and biotechnology industries.  Later, she left the corporate world and completed her post-doctoral fellowship in medical research at the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Roettger's work in digestive diseases was funded by the National Institutes of Health and published in peer-reviewed professional journals.  Today, she is dedicated to sharing what she has learned about the link between nutrition and health with friends and family.  Together, with her husband, Tom, they homeschool their children - Sarah, Samuel and Michaela.

What I love about Belinda is her warm, approachable style and her heart to help people. On the 21st, we're teaming up to bring you proven strategies for better health.  Belinda will share practical ideas and tips as we learn to take small steps that will have a big impact for the future...

Most of all -- together, we'll learn that there's hope even for people like me who tend to eat raw chocolate chip cookie batter!

Again, please join Belinda and me on the 21st.  It's free - and I promise that you'll be encouraged!  You can sign up at HERE. Hope to see you then!
