Senate Bill 817: Creates Centralized Immunization Registry
Sponsors:
Senator Scott Sifton (D-1)
Summary:

The bill gives “schools” access to all immunization data. They could take that list, see what kids are listed who are not in their school, and make a list of all area homeschool kids—whom they could then target for undesirable treatment. The bill allows folks to “opt out” of being put on the registry, but there is a chance even the "opt-out" info could be available to schools.
