Senate Bill 719: Provides for Same-Sex Marriages

This bill would delete the provision of state law that says it is the public policy of Pennsylvania to recognize marriage as only between one man and one woman. Instead it would permit marriages between any two people.
HSLDA's Position:
Given HSLDA’s interest in preserving traditional marriage, this bill should be opposed.
