Senate Bill 387: Access to Public School Technical Programs and Extracurricular Activities for Homeschooling High School Students

Summary:

This bill would provide that a student taught by a private tutor or at a church school who is at least in the 9th grade or higher may enroll in a public school to participate in a career technical program. If so enrolled, this student would also be eligible to participate in extracurricular activities.
