Senate Bill 31: Tax Credits for Instructional Material

Summary:

Senate Bill 31 creates a tax credit for instructional materials purchased by teachers for general classroom instruction. Persons instructing a child under the homeschool statute are considered "teachers" for the purpose of the tax credit.
