Senate Bill 3043: Requires Districts to Allow "Equivalent Instruction" Students to Participate in Public School Sports

Summary:

This bill would require school districts to allow students receiving “equivalent instruction” outside of public school to participate in school district sports teams. Providing the student can provide proof of district residence and meet the physical requirements of a sports team, this would give homeschool students in New Jersey public school sports access.
