Summary:

This bill would make some changes to the Mississippi Resident Tuition Assistance Grant Program for college scholarships. Homeschoolers are eligible for these scholarships. One change would be that all scholarship recipients entering a 4-year college would have to score 20 on the ACT instead of 15.
