Senate Bill 2317: Allows Graduates of an "Accredited Home Education Program" to Receive a Grant

Summary:

Among other things, this bill would make students completing an "accredited home education program" as eligible for a Mississippi Resident Tuition Assistance Grant or Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant. Since home instruction programs in Mississippi are not accredited, this bill is no help.
