Senate Bill 119: Allows Students in Alternative Education Programs to Participate in Public School Interscholastic Activities

Summary:

This bill would allow high school students who are enrolled in alternative education programs which are located entirely in the state to participate in interscholastic activities at the public school. For the purposes of this bill, the term "alternative education program" is defined as including any "home school program that is accredited by a recognized accrediting body."
