LD 92: Blocks Equal Access for NAPS Students

Summary:

Current law requires school districts to make school resources and services available to students enrolled in equivalent instruction programs, including those enrolled in a NAPS (Non-Approved Private School). However, this bill would rescind this requirement with regard to NAPS students, allowing school districts to exclude them from access to school resources and services.
