This bill would require public and private school administrators, including those of a RAPPS (formerly known as NAPS) to report to the State Commissioner of Education the number of Franco-American students in attendance at their public or private school. Also, superintendents of each district would be required to report to the State Commissioner the number of Franco-American students in their district. The law does not specify how superintendents are to collect this information.
