LD 209: Expands Grandparent Visitation

Currently, a grandparent can file for visitation rights for a grandchild over the objections of the child's parent or parents if the grandparent has a "sufficient existing relationship." This bill would change this law by defining a sufficient existing relationship to include both an existing relationship and past relationships as well.
