Summary:

This bill changes access to the Post Secondary Enrollment Program. However, unless amended, it will make it harder for homeschoolers to get access to this program.

HSLDA was able to help amend the bill to make it non-harmful to homechoolers. The bill died in the Senate after passage in the House.
