LD 1231: Raises Compulsory School Attendance Age to 18, Adds Children Enrolled Before 7

This bill would raise the upper limit of compulsory school attendance requirements in Maine from age 17 to age 18. Also, it would expand compulsory attendance requirements for younger children to include any child enrolled in public school before age 7.
