This proposed House joint resolution calls upon the state's congressional delegation to petition the U.S. Congress to adopt the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
HSLDA's Position:
HSLDA has long opposed this international treaty because of its detrimental effects on the family. This resolution should be opposed.
