House Bill 958: Requires Children in a Home Education Program to Be Tested for Diabetes

In addition to immunizations required by current law for children entering school and those beginning a home education program, this bill would require testing for diabetes.
HSLDA's Position:
HSLDA opposes the imposition of such diagnostic tests on all children entering a home education program. This bill should be opposed.
