House Bill 810: Lowers Minimum Score Required to Qualify for a HOPE Scholarship

Summary:

This bill would lower the percentile score from the 85th to the 80th percentile that a graduate of a home study program must achieve on a college admission test such as the ACT or SAT in order to be eligible for a HOPE scholarship.
