Summary:

House Bill 4381 establishes a four-year social worker pilot program for all children in prekindergarten and elementary school. The bill states that the social worker will work with guidance counselors and "will conduct home visits as necessary to address parent issues, provide parenting education, address social and emotional issues, address physical and mental health issues."
