House Bill 413: Prohibits Common Core PARCC Testing

Summary:

House Bill 413 prohibits school districts from administering Common Core aligned tests developed by the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC). School districts will instead administer tests recommended by the Department of Education, submitted to the General Assembly, and approved by the Controlling Board.
