House Bill 269: Creates Scholarship Grants for Children with Disabilities

This bill would create special education scholarship grants for children with disabilities. It would apply to students receiving services in nonpublic schools, including homeschools. Grants of not more than $3,000 per pupil per semester may be awarded for reimbursement of tuition and special education and related services.
