House Bill 1718: Creates Online Education Initiative

Summary:

This bill would create an online education initiative whereby public, nonpublic, and home education programs could have their students enroll in courses offered by providers. The provider could be a profit or nonprofit organization or business. Homeschool students would pay a fee to the provider for each course.
