House Bill 1128: Fair Access to Opportunity Scholarship
Sponsors:
Representatives Russell, Greenfield, Kaiser, Miller, Nelson, and Olson (Betty) and Senators Begalkaand Monroe
Summary:

Right now, homeschooled students will be eligible to participate in the South Dakota Opportunity Scholarship only after July 1, 2013. Also, homeschooled students are required to have higher SAT (or ACT) scores than public school students to be eligible for the scholarship.
