House Bill 1109: Same Sex Marriage

House Bill 1109 extends to same sex couples the right to marry. HB 1109 guarantees the rights of individuals to refuse to solemnize a same sex marriage as part of their right to religious freedom, and provides a list of cases in which a religious organization and facility may not be required to host a same sex marriage.
