Shipping Information:
Most items are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received (5 business days during our busy season, March-May).
Our standard method of shipment is UPS Ground or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
Information on bulk orders is available upon request.
Multiple graduation orders may require additional process time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. ET are generally processed the next workday.

Return Policy:
Purchase price will be refunded if products and request for refund are received within 30 days of order. Items returned to HSLDA must be in resalable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
