Q. I'm having trouble watching recorded e•vents on my Mac, and I've tried using updated versions of Safari and Firefox. How do I fix this?
Answer.
It appears that WebEx is not compatible with newer browsers (such as Firefox 4), so this is a brand-new problem. The first possible solution is to use an older version of the browser(Firefox 3 or Safari 3.0). Here are links to access these older versions:
Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
Safari: http://support.apple.com/downloads/#internet
The second solution requires a few steps, but we have found that it works. Open Finder, and click on “Applications.” Then find the browser you are using (Firefox or Safari) and Control–click the file (i.e., hold down the Control button on your keyboard and click the file). A drop down menu should appear, and you should then click “Get Info.&rdquol When the box pops up, click the General drop down tab, and check the option “Run in 32 bit mode.”
