Q. What if I did not receive an email with my login information for an e•vent?
If you do not receive login information for an e•vent that you registered for, first check all of your mail folders. Sometimes the email gets caught in a spam or junk filter if your system does not recognize the sender. Look for an email from email@example.com and with a title that begins with “Registration approved for the @home e•vent.” Be sure to place this address on your approved senders list for future e•vents.
If you do not see login information or a confirmation email in any folders and you have already added firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved senders list, there are a couple steps you can follow to have your confirmation email resent to you. First, log in to your @home e•vent account and double check that your email address is entered correctly. If it was already correct, click on Purchase History and follow the link to the e•vent. At the bottom of the Join box, you will see an option to have your confirmation email containing your Registration ID and E•vent Password resent to you. We highly recommend that you register and then check for confirmation at least one business day before the e•vent so that we can work out any glitches before the scheduled e•vent time.
