House Joint Resolution 15: Education Funding Amendments

Summary:
House Joint Resolution 15 would amend the Wyoming Constitution allowing the legislature to appropriate monies for any appropriate educational program. This would remove the current prohibition on providing funds to schools not under the absolute control of the state.
