Homeschooled students may apply to the Hathaway scholarship program, and under current regulations, their eligibility is based on their ACT scores. As passed, House Bill 97 requires the Wyoming Department of Education to “establish exceptions as necessary . . . for students attending or graduating from . . . a home-based educational program.”
