House Bills 95 & 96: The Quality Child Care Act—Subsidized Child Care

Summary:
House Bill 95 creates a “quality child care system” to subsidize child care for families that qualify for financial assistance. House Bill 96 allocates more than $12.3 million dollars over the next year and a half to fund this system.
