House Bill 4450: Religious Freedom Act
Shook, DeLong, Azinger, Miley, Varner, Reynolds, Burdiss
This bill would prohibit the government of West Virginia from substantially burdening a person’s exercise of religion, except in situations where the burden is of a compelling governmental interest and is the least restrictive means of furthering that interest.
