House Bill 767: Provisions for Home Instruction

Summary:
This bill eliminates the requirement that a correspondence course, program of study or curriculum must be approved by the Superintendent of Public Instruction or Board of Education in order to qualify as a suitable program for home instruction when used by a parent who does not hold a high school diploma.
