House Bill 1164: Business Tax Credit for Educational Scholarships

Summary:
Creates income tax credits for business entities and individual taxpayers who make contributions to eligible public school foundations and eligible scholarship foundations. These scholarships may be awarded to homeschooled students.

This bill failed to pass out of committee in the Senate after passing in the House, and is now dead.
