Senate Bill 61: Home School and Private School Student Participation in Extracurricular Activites
Senators Madsen, Bramble, Buttars, Christensen, Dayton, Hinkins, Jenkins, Knudson, Liljenquist, Niederhauser, Okerlund, Stephenson, Urquhart, Valentine, Waddoups
If passed, S.B. 61 would allow homeschool students to be eligible to participate in extracurricular activities at a public school. Homeschool students would be eligible to participate on the same basis as fully enrolled public school students.
