Senate Bill 61: Home School and Private School Student Participation in Extracurricular Activites

Summary:
If passed, S.B. 61 would allow homeschool students to be eligible to participate in extracurricular activities at a public school. Homeschool students would be eligible to participate on the same basis as fully enrolled public school students.
