Senate Bill 1472: An Act Regarding Grandparent Visitation

Summary:
This is a grandparent visitation bill which would improve current law in that there is a presumption in the proposed law that a fit parent may deny visitation unless such denial would create a substantial risk of harm to the child's mental, physical, or emotional health. This is a companion bill to House Bill 1284.
