House Bill 2904: Equal Access Pilot Program

Summary:
This bill would have created a pilot program which, among other things, would have required school districts to:
1. Permit homeschool students to enroll in up to two classes at public school at no charge;
2. Make available to homeschools all public school curricula, reading plans, and lesson plans for teacher use;
3. Make teacher training available to homeschooling parents;
4. Make nonconsumable educational materials for public school teachers available to homeschooling parents.
