Senate Bill 2667: New Requirements for Social Workers
Author:
Senator Don McLeary (D-District 27)
Summary:
This bill has been introduced to conform to the federal CAPTA requirements. Unfortunately, it does not include HSLDA's model language which clarifies the legislative intent of the federal law requiring training in the constitutional protections of the Fourth Amendment. We hope this bill will be amended to use the model language.
