House Bill 2899: New Requirements for Social Workers
Author:
Representative Glen Casada (R-District 63)

This bill has been introduced to conform to the federal CAPTA requirements. Unfortunately, it does not include HSLDA's model language which clarifies the legislative intent of the federal law requiring training in the constitutional protections of the Fourth Amendment.
