Senate Bill 1909: Change in Definition of "Home School"

Summary:
This bill would expand the definition of "home school" to permit other family members to conduct a homeschool. Although it is unclear exactly who these family members may be, we believe this bill should be supported. This is a companion bill to House Bill 1982.

Status:
This bill was introduced on February 26, 2003, and placed in the Senate Education Committee.
