Senate Bill 42: An Act Creating Civil Unions for Homosexual Couples
Senator Robert Ford
This bill would create civil unions between persons of the same sex, granting them the legal status equivalent to marriage. A homosexual couple in a civil union would have all of the same rights as a heterosexual couple in marriage.
