Summary:
This bill is similar or identical to South Carolina Senate Bill 520. This bill would become known as the “South Carolina Educational Opportunity Act,” if enacted. Among other things, it would create a tax credit of up to $1,000 per child for “instruction related expenditures” for homeschooling families.
