Senate Bill 1188: An Act Raising the Compulsory Attendance Age
Senators Jackson, Matthews, Patterson, Elliott, Anderson, Malloy and Campbell
This bill would raise the compulsory attendance age from 17 to 18 unless the child has graduated from high school or has a GED.
