House Bill 3715: An Act Regarding Criminal Acts by Teachers Against Students

Representatives Talley, Duncan and Mahaffey.
Summary:
This bill creates criminal penalties for school officials, including certain homeschool operators who engage in criminal sexual conduct with a child. This bill is similar to House Bill 3764.
