House Bill 3160: An Act Requiring Availability of Homeschool Information
Representatives Toole and Mahaffey
This bill would require school districts to provide information to parents about the requirements for homeschooling if such information is requested. In our opinion, this creates the opportunity for local districts to establish all sorts of requirements which may not be in the current law.
