House Bill 3164: An Act Raising Compulsory School Attendance in Regards to Driver's Licensing

Summary:
This bill would have required students under 18 to remain in school in order to obtain a driver’s license. This bill would have effectively raised the compulsory attendance age from 17 to 18.
