House Bill 3164: An Act Raising Compulsory School Attendance in Regards to Driver's Licensing
Representatives Littlejohn, G.R. Smith, Vaughn, Rice, Witherspoon, Walker, and Mahaffey
This bill would have required students under 18 to remain in school in order to obtain a driver’s license. This bill would have effectively raised the compulsory attendance age from 17 to 18.
