Senate Bill 2492: Mandating Additional Physical Education

Summary:
This bill would increase the number of minutes per week that physical instruction must be taught in the public schools. No private school, private instruction, or homeschool would be approved by a school district as substantially equivalent to public school instruction unless the private educational program has similar instruction in health and physical education as the public school.
