House Bill 8344: An Act Relating to Education - Health and Safety of Pupils

Summary:
This bill would mandate that any time a school official or employee contacts the Department of Children, Youth, and Family Services to expresses a concern about the welfare of a child, DCYF must investigate and provide a report to the complainant.
